1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? 
Our MOQ is typically one 20ft or 40ft container per order, mixed items (up to 10 different products) are welcome as long as the container is filled efficiently. For first-time buyers or sample orders, smaller trial quantities can be discussed — get in touch with your target volume and we'll advise the best container mix.

2. What is your production lead time? 
Standard lead time is 45–60 days from deposit confirmation and final design approval, depending on order size and finishing options. Custom/OEM projects and large hospitality orders may take longer — we'll confirm an exact schedule once your order specification is finalized.

3. What payment terms do you accept? 
We typically work with a 30% minimum deposit (T/T bank transfer) to start production, with the balance paid before shipment against the Bill of Lading. Payment terms can be adjusted for established partners and larger repeat orders.

4. Can we get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are free of charge. Packing, local handling, and shipping cost for the sample are the buyer's responsibility, on EXW (Ex Works) terms.

5. Is your teak furniture SVLK certified? 
Yes, SVLK certified.

6. What teak grade do you use? We supply two grades: Premium (pure heartwood, no sapwood, our top grade) and Grade C Treated (a specific treatment applied so its colour closely resembles Premium at a more accessible price). Ask us for photos of each grade before you order. We also offer other finishing options — feel free to discuss your preference with us

7. Do you accept custom design or OEM/private label orders? 
Yes, custom and OEM/private label production is one of our core services, from adapting your own designs to full private branding for hospitality and retail clients. See our Custom & Projects page for examples, or send us your drawings/specifications for a quote.

8. How do you handle shipping and containers? 
You're welcome to handle shipping yourself, or leave it to us — we handle export documentation and container loading from our factory in Jepara to your nearest port, working with freight forwarders experienced in furniture exports to the USA, Australia, UK, Germany, and Eastern Europe. We provide loading photos and shipping documents (B/L, packing list, certificate of origin, SVLK documents) for every shipment.

9. What if furniture arrives damaged? 
Every order is packed and wrapped to export standards to minimize transit damage, and we document the loading process on video. In the rare case of transit damage, contact us with photos upon arrival and we'll work with you on a replacement part, credit, or resolution depending on the situation.

10. Can we visit your factory? 
Absolutely. Our factory in Jepara, Central Java is open to buyer visits by appointment — many of our long-term partners visit before or during their first order to check production quality directly. Contact us in advance so we can prepare your visit and product walkthrough.

11. Do you speak English for international buyers? 
Yes, our sales team communicates in English via email, WhatsApp, and video call, and we're used to working across time zones with buyers in the US, Australia, UK, Germany, and Eastern Europe.

12. How do we start an order? 
Send us your product list, target quantities, and destination country via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp. We'll reply with a quotation, lead time, and container recommendation within 1–2 business days.
